    Coming up on Geoff's Generation Wednesdays 4 to 7 PM

    Join Geoff Stanwell this Wednesday when Lenore Robertson the director of 'Money and Friends' comes into the Studio around 5:30pm: 'Money and Friends' is currently showing at the Zenith Theatre.  

    Starting Wednesday 10 March, Geoff will broadcast a regular segment with Sgt Tony Bear of Chatswood Police.

    New board of directors elected

    Northside Broadcasting Co-operative Limited held their 2009 AGM on Thursday 25th February and a new board was elected. The new board members are:

    Raffle #2 Draw

    The 2nd raffle which was due to be drawn 26th February has been put back one week to Friday 5th March, because we still have more tickets to sell. So call the station 9419 6969. They are $5 a ticket, $10 for 3 tickets. The prizes are:

    1st - Dinner at Linda's on King - Newtown to $150
    2nd - Lunch/Dinner at Peter Pan's Italian Restaurant - Crows Nest to $125
    3rd - Dinner at Raymond's Chinese Restaurant - Northbridge to $120

    March 8 Fundraiser Gig at the Basement

    2NSB FM99.3 the North Shore's community radio station is having a fundraising concert to keep the station on air after 26 years of service.

    To continue giving a voice to the community and support to local talent Sydney's finest musicians and singers are coming together to perform on March 8 from 8pm at this one off music spectacular.

    Guest artists include Doug Williams, Rick Robertson, Steve Clisby, Victor Rounds, Evelyn Duprai, Louise Perryman, The Hipstones, Elizabeth Geyer, Jo Elms, Victor Rounds, Abraham Rounds, Eric Rasmussen, Lionel Robinson, Liza Ohlback, Andrew Oh, Peter Morgan, Noel Elmowy and Flatwound, with more to be added.

    Tickets are only $35 and will sell fast with the cream of Sydney's live music scene together on one stage for FM99.3's fundraiser concert. Call 9419 6969 for tickets.
